Diane Warming, M. A. (Kartar Kaur)is a certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga. She has been teaching in and around the Portland area and Central Maine for more than 20 years. She is a firm believer in the body’s wisdom and applies the technology of Kundalini Yoga to tap into that wisdom for total wellness of mind and body. She is also a certified practitioner of Sat Nam Rasayan, a transcendental healing technique. Her uplifting classes include laughter, challenges, and deep, deep relaxation.
Carole Despres, M.A., (Chandra Kirin Kaur) received her Kundalini yoga instructor certification in 2014. She is the founder and manager of Wind and Sky Yoga Studio in the greater Freeport area. With gratitude Chandra Kirin desires to share Kundalini Yoga with others in her community welcoming KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teachers to her studio offering classes and workshops. She believes that through a person's personal experience of Kundalini Yoga one gains the support of this technology and realizes the potential of becoming one's highest and truest aspect of their self.
