In the BreathWalk class you will experience a new way to both walk and meditate. Using breath patterns coordinated with mudra and the rhythm of walking, BreathWalk heightens all your sensations. You will learn different sequences of breath patterns which enhance your energy level, reduce anxiety, and/or bring out your warrior spirit. There are many combinations of patterns that create a variety of desired affects, all while walking. Afterwards we will connect with our sensations through guided relaxation. This is my most popular workshop, so don’t miss it!
Please dress for the weather and wear solid/comfortable walking shoes. In the case of extremely inclement weather a workshop on Breath Meditation will be presented. Beginners welcome.
