Kundalini Community Yoga offers classes for all skill levels. If you are new to yoga or are a seasoned practitioner, Kundalini Yoga will challenge you to become a better you. Whatever your special circumstances, accommodations can be made to meet your needs. Each day each one of us has a starting point. We begin at that point to progress, learn, and heal.
Beginner classes move at a slower pace with more in-depth explanations of the nature of each exercise sequence and focus on proper breath technique. Beginners learn about Long Deep Breathing, Powerful Breath, and Breath of Fire, as well as, Mudras, and body locks or Bhandas. Also included is Mantra, Breath Meditation and Deep Relaxation.
All Levels Classes offer challenges for all levels of students. Each aspect of the class is more advanced than in the beginner level classes. The class moves at a faster pace with longer times for performance of postures and meditation. Advanced and varied breath patterns are used in these classes.
A private class at Kundalini Community Yoga is tailored to the specific needs and interests of the student. A personal class is an outstanding way to achieve results in a short period of time.
In Gong Meditation you will deeply relax to the trance inducing waves of the hypnotic Symphonic Gong. You will be immersed in the transformational vibrations of the Gong to release old patterns from the subconscious mind, awakening to a new you.
Sat Nam Rasayan is a transcendental healing technique in which the practitioner is able to produce a space for healing for the client. Any issue may be addressed. The client may experience a new calm and uplifting relaxation as well as physical or emotional healing.
